
Cancellation/Refund Policy:

Prolific Operations Training Group LLC limits the number of students in each class to ensure a high-quality training experience for each student. Due to our limited class capacity and our financial commitments to our partners, Pro Ops does not offer refunds on any training or instruction course if you change your mind or are unable to attend. You may cancel or move to a later scheduled course if you give us written notice by e-mail to ProOpsTG@gmail.com at least one week in advance of the scheduled course.

Your registration in a course may be transferred to another person, provided you give us at least two days prior notice by e-mail with the name, e-mail address, and phone number for your substitute.

Cancellation by ProOps: There may be be occasions when a ProOPs instructor is not available to teach a scheduled course and a satisfactory substitute is not available, requiring cancellation and rescheduling of the course. Additionally, if classes are rescheduled due to inclimate weather, students will be permitted to select an available future class. In such cases, you will receive e-mail and telephone notification. If you are unable to attend the course on the rescheduled date, we will refund your registration fee upon written e-mail request received at least two days prior to the rescheduled course date.
Late Arrival to Class: Due to the topics covered in our classes, we do not allow late admission. Students who do not arrive to their registered class on time may be turned away. We encourage all students to arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of class to check-in.
